Payment TermsPayments for purchase orders from approved entities are strictly net 30 days. Payment by cheque/money order, credit card, or a direct deposit is required with order prior to shipment of goods.PricesQuoted prices will be firm for a period of 14 days. Webshop prices are in Australian Dollars and are subject to change without notice.Minimum Order ValueThe minimum order value (plus postage) is $10.GSTAll listed prices include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 10%. GST is removed at checkout for shipping addresses outside of Australia.Title of GoodsTitle of the goods shall only pass to the buyer following full payment of the invoiced amount.InsuranceInsurance is included for Registered Post and COD parcels within Australia up to a value of $100. Over $100 the extra cost is $1.15 per $100, or part thereof, up to a value of $5000. For AirMail parcels, no insurance is applied up to a parcel value of $50. Over $50 the extra cost is $7.50, plus $2 for each additional $100 value, or part thereof. No insurance is available for Express Post or ordinary Parcel Post deliveries.Freight On ReturnsThe buyer accepts liability for all freight costs incurred in the return of warranty repair or replacement faulty goods.WarrantyManufacturers warranty (normally 3-12 months) applies.Back OrdersAs the webshop utilises active stock control, back-ordering of goods for orders made via the web shop (and then printed and mailed or faxed), should not be necessary.Cancellation of OrderOrders may be cancelled if prior arrangements are made. Goods will be held until confirmation of the order is received. A cancellation fee may apply.Returning GoodsGoods returned for credit will not be accepted without prior authorization.
